Questions about the offer
When does the offer run?
From 00:00 on November 23 to 23:59 on December 1, 2026, New York time. The offer is yours when the 50% deposit is paid within these dates.
Can I reserve before November 23?
Yes. Send your brief now and I'll confirm the price; you pay the deposit between November 23 and December 1.
My drawings aren't ready yet. Can I still book?
Yes. Describe the project in a few words and pay the deposit. Send the materials whenever they are ready, until February 28, 2027.
When will you do the work?
Whenever it suits you, from the day you book until February 28, 2027: December, January or February. Timing is as usual: up to 2 days for one view, +1 day for each additional angle of the same room.
How many projects can you take?
Up to 12 projects a month. Slots are taken in the order the deposits come in.
Which services does the offer cover?
All renderings: interiors, exteriors, commercial spaces, facades and sections, axonometric views and floor plans. 3D modeling is not discounted: a white SketchUp model already comes as a gift.
Do views from different projects add up?
No. Views are counted within one project: two projects of 2 views each are not 4 views.
What if I add views later?
Views added to the same project until February 28 get the same discount. If the project reaches 6 views, the 25% discount and the free 2D floor plan apply.
What is in the free SketchUp model?
A white model of the project: walls, windows, doors, floor and ceiling, with the furniture placed to your layout. No textures or decor. You get the .skp file with the views saved as scenes.
What is in the free 2D floor plan?
A color 2D floor plan of one floor or a site plan, of any size: furniture, flooring and materials in color. A4 at 450 dpi, CMYK or RGB of your choice.
Is the quality or the process any different?
No. The same precise 3D model, the same hand-finished views and the same 2 free revision rounds.
Can I combine it with other discounts?
No. The best discount applies: the Black Friday discount replaces the regular 10%, 14% and 17% bundle discounts.
How do I pay?
PayPal: a 50% deposit within the offer dates to book, 50% after you approve the angle, before final rendering.
What if I need to cancel or postpone?
The deposit isn't refunded, but it stays yours: it is credited to your next project with me whenever you are ready. The Black Friday discount itself applies to projects ordered until February 28, 2027.
Can I get it faster?
Yes. Express is twice as fast for +50% of the discounted price.
Can I get a textured SketchUp model instead of the white one?
Yes, with a surcharge: you pay only the difference, `$100 for up to 320 sq ft (30 m²) and `$2 for each extra m². Textures, decor and lighting are real extra work, so they aren't part of the free gift.
I have never worked with you. What do I get?
Your first view for `$180 instead of `$210, and `$30 off your next order of 2 or more views within 3 months. Want 3 or more views in your first order? Then the Black Friday package discount applies instead: −20% from 3 views, −25% from 6.
