How sq ft pricing works

Plans are priced by area:

  • Base priceCovers up to 1,075 sq ft (100 m²).
  • Larger plans+$1 for each extra m² (10.8 sq ft).
  • ExampleA 1,500 sq ft (139 m²) 2D plan: $170 + 39 × $1 = $209.
  • Site plansUp to 4,300 sq ft (400 m²); larger sites are quoted individually.

A high-resolution image at A4, 450 dpi (about 5,260 × 3,720 px), in CMYK or RGB (your choice), sharp enough for print and large screens.

Will the plan match my interior renderings?

Yes. The plan shows the same furniture, flooring and materials as your interior views.

How do you price a multi-story home?

Each floor is its own plan, priced by its area. A two-floor home is two plans; bundle discounts start from 3 views.

How fast is it?

Up to 2 days for one plan. Need it sooner? Express is twice as fast for +50%.
